How can I get my cat to stop making unauthorized purchases on my credit card?
My cat loves sneak and sit on my computer keyboard. I had my i-Tunes account up, and when I came back into the room, she had apparently pushed a bunch of keys and ordered a $30 "boxed set" of some soft jazz band.
I HATE soft jazz!! So, does this mean that my cat has bad taste in music or that she has a spending problem????
How can I keep this from happening again?

I used to have a cat who liked Gato Barbieri. He had an "accident" after spending $3,000 on signed paraphernalia and is now in a kitty wheelchair. He swears there are no hard feelings

Relax! It's ONLY 30 bucks! At least your kitteh isn't into cat pron! Can you imagine all those disgusting kitteh photos taking up space in your PC?! Learn to love your kitteh for who she really is . . . a lover of soft jazz. Try broadening your kitteh's musical horizons though. Kittehs have been known to come around w/some musical education.

The employer has a case against the employee. He/she embezzled $1500. They do not have a case against the company that supplied the goods/services. The employee was authorized to use that card by their employer. It's the employers' responsibility to distribute cards only to trustworthy employees, and to monitor those employees. Otherwise, I could take a company card, buy a car and let my employee pay the tab. Then I could move on to another job and repeat.

Unfortunately, your cat is a shopaholic.
it is very uncommon with cats, and the cure is quite immense.
you will have to block that room from your cat.
(close the door, put a kiddy gate, put a ferocious dog...)
Or turn off your computer after every use.
I think you can call i-Tunes and cancel the order.
Try it, AND BE MEAN!
(no mean, no win)
Every time your cat does something like that, punish her, by putting her in a cage or something for 15 minutes (time out)
crude, but works.
if she does not enter that room, praise her, by giving her a treat or a toy.
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SHOPAHOLIC!! :)

When you go away from your computer press the Windows key + U on your keyboard and your computer will lock. No accidental purchases can happen until you log back on.

Arrange orange peels all around your keyboard, they hate that.
You shouldn't be surprised by the musical selection though. Pussyz-cats like the soft jazz.

Cats are mostly illiterate. He probably thought he was ordering something else. Punish him by forcing him to listen to the entire box set, that way he will ask next time for your help.
They are proud animals & often don't like bothering their human servants in situations that may make them appear weak, or expose the fact they can't read.

I would consider yourself lucky, your cat could have ordered the box set of the greatest banjo music. Then your mailman would believe you to be a republican.
