Your bf's blood has nothing to do with it, it's only your blood type they check. If you have a negative factor in your blood then you'll have to get a shot at 28wks an another shot after you have you baby. It's to protect you and your baby in case your bloods should mix during delivery or any complications. The shots will also allow your future pregnancies to go well with your negative factor. i really dont know. But i think the baby takes after the moms blood type. Cause my brother sister and i are ...crap.. I think its AB + like my mom and i think my dad was negative blood type.
