What would cause a lump the size of half a golf ball?
under the chin of my adult cat? He's an indoor/outdoor cat.

HINT: Cattle also can get these lumps on their backs.
Lexxie you are absolutely correct. It was a nasty wiggly bug the vet removed. He was bitten by a fly.

It might be a fat deposit.
Or, a hernia.
They're small lumps, and as far as I know, totally harmless.
It's like a mole, but, on a cat.
Just go to the vet, and they can remove it.
Or, you can leave it. :)
