What could cause a person to hear better than others?

Not listen to rap music in the car so loud that it shakes the window's of someone two cars down, for one....

I m not sure what u r referring to about "hear". But what i m thinking of is how well do u listen to others perspective? Maybe having a neutral perspective while listening to others will help you.
