This is more of a spiritual question than a psychological one. God is trying to get your attention.

Take two minutes in fellowship with Him, and the feeling will be gone.

"Getting rid" of a feeling? That can be pretty hard to do. It could be a whole slew of things, many of which could be things which you're conciously unaware of. OR, it could be just the result of something physical, perhaps poor health habits such as proper diet/nutrition or sleep.

It might not be necessary to get professional help if this feeling doesn't last for very long. If you haven't been sleeping well for a while now, you'll likely start getting a little batty.

To identify the cause, try to rule out any possibilities relating to physical health since they tend to be easier to manage for most people. Take note of what you've been doing recently which might be different from the past.

For example, if you've been so busy lately that you haven't had any good sleep, get more sleep. Depending on how long you've been going without sleep, it could take a while. When you managed to catch up and the feeling went away, then it's likely that sleep was the cause of the problem.

The same process of elimination goes with the other possible causes as well. If you really want to know the cause behind it, you'd want to rule each possibility out one-by-one.

yes it has happened to me and to almost every human being..It is a transient but weird state of mind during which we get confused about which way to go-and as you say, become restless. This is usually a reaction to anxious emotions, and it is considered normal as far as it expires after a week or so. It isn't a good idea to fight it, it is best to let it pass by itself. Forcing it to go away might even make it all worse :)
