That might not be a bad idea. That's what the British did to the US, Australia, and New Zealand in 17th , 18th, and 19th. They shipped all of there undesirables (far, far, away) out of the country. As a result, those three nations have risen to be great democracies.
If we want a new independent world on the Moon with strong values that will be a great idea!

A lunatic, though affected by the phase of the Moon, is simply someone on the other side of a line other people have drawn between their style of thinking and a style they find threatening. Sometimes the other people are more intimately conscious of such things as the phase of the Moon, or subconsciously influenced by them.
