Its pointless getting rid of water weight, People like boxers get rid of water weight on a weigh in before the fight and at that point their bodies are really dehydrated. When ever you get rid of water weight which you do by sweating youll just put it back on once you drink some again

your body is mostly water and if you were to get in the sun or in a humid area and do press ups, sit ups or just jog or something you would sweat and thats why f1 drivers are slim cause all they do is sweat in their suits

Exercise and i have also found apple cider capsules work but not long term
