Most perfume consists of an oil base plus alcohol. To remove spots, pour about 1/3 of the volume of your bottle with rice. Add water plus detergent and shake vigorously. Pour out the contents into a bowl and repeat if necessary. Rinse afterward.

keep it in water for 3 years then get some vinegar and wash it out

use a cotten swab, maybe with like tissue or toilet paper with alcohol on it.
