Endometriosis sisters...who has conceived and given birth?

Question

I'm just in dire need of hope that I have some chance of getting pregnant one day.  I'm having my first IUI next week but I don't want to get my hopes up that it will work...I just have been let down so many times during the ttc journey that I feel if it didn't happen naturally it won't be any different with IUI.

My tubes are clear, I ovulate regularly and my FSH levels are normal.  DH has good count too....first test we did showed 97 million.

My endo is at the back of the uterus fused to my colon....Had lap to remove ovarian cyst in February but i know there is another small cyst on one ovary now.

Has anyone with stage 3-4 endo conceived without IVF?

you can conceive without IVF's.
 their is a shot out there that can stop the growth of the endo. 
i dont know the name right off hand.

   use birth control for 6month's. then stop. the endo doesn't normally come back for 6months after stopping the pill ( i heard a success story on that,that's why i'm suggesting it)

  talk to your RE. and see what other procedure there is.

I have 4 times...I have stage 4 endo but I miscarried 4 times because my progesterone deficiency. I don't think I want to go for ivf though cos I know I can get pregnant but I just have to take my pills after I ovulate so it can keep the baby in.
In all I have had 9 miscarriages all ranging from 4 months pregnant to 3 weeks and 4-5 days pregnant.

Hi, it wasn't me personally who had the endometrosis. My sister had it and was diagnosed at the age of 12. She also had a condition where her womb didn't form properly and she had to have half removed with the ovary and fallopian tube she was also 12 at the time of removal. So she only had one working side. she was given a minimal chance of having children, and if she did get pregnant the baby could have been extremely premature or may not have lived at all. 
At the age of 19 ( as much of a surprise it was to the whole of us) she found out she was expecting and carried a healthy baby boy to full term.

Never give up hope! We never expected her to have a baby and he is a lovely 2 year old now.

after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted 
eat healthy 
back off caffiene 
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.
