    Drugs cost money themselves.

Legal expenses if you are arrested with illegal drugs or DWI/DUI

Lost of motivation, not going to work IF you have a job or not looking for employment.

Drugs increase likelihood of health issues, which increases need for medical attention.

Divorces cost money if one person is fed up with other partners usage.

The list could go on and on but that gives U a place to start.
