(To add to my last question) - How long should I cook it and at what temp?
The fish question.. Deep fryer (I need an actual temperature (350 degrees etc.) not a "Med-High") and how long? ((I'm pregnant and I need to be 100% sure this is thoroughly cooked... and yes I checked, it's mercury free.))

Set it at 350 exactly.
Depending on the size of the fish pieces, but when the fish is golden brown and floats it is done.

highest temp on your deep fryer and by the way do not mix two types of oil one will float on the other and cook differently and the lower one can blow throught the other making it dangerous. Also as I mentioned before when you add fish let it reach temperature agian before adding more unless all go in at same time each addition will drop temp by 50 degrees or more
