Legs keep falling asleep what could be happening?

For some reason at night when I go to lay down both of my legs start to feel like they're falling asleep. They get tingly and it kind of hurts. What could be going on?

you could have poor blood circulation in your legs. take up some cardio, it should help.

Low blood pressure possibly, bad circulation in you legs you can do actively that help with the circulation or 2 tbs of cyanide powder with your tea or water 3 times a day

probably just the blood shifting through your body. when yuo're standing your blood is forced toward your legs because of gravity, when you lay down circulation increases. nothing worry about. same kind of thing happens when you stand up after laying down for a while, you feel light headed and dizzy for afew seconds

depending on your age you might be experience minor blood clotting, this causes things to fall asleep I think. check with a doctor to make sure though!

    they're tired.

    kidding.

you need more circulation to get your blood flowing actively. in other words, do more athletic- like activities during the day.
