Could I go to jail for failing to report income for the Department of Employment Security"?

I didn't report my first week of employment because I needed the whole check. So I thought when they noticed I would only have to pay for one week about $350.00. Could I go to jail for fraud.

    I think you should report it right away .they(EDD) would deduct that amout from your next unemployment-check .give them a reasonable reason as to why you didn"t report it .bofore they deny you your benefit..GOOD-LUCK....
