Arm/Shoulder area hurting like for a couple days now.?

About 4 to 5 days ago, i went snowboarding with some buddies, and i fell on my shoulder pretty hard.

I went to the first aid dude and he gave me a sling for my arm, but i took it off after a hour and kept snowboarding since i want to get what i paid for lol. But the first aid guy said he doesnt think anything is dislocated or broken. When i put pressure on the area it doesnt really hurt (between arm and shoulder) like the bicep area and tricep area, but like when i move it fast it hurts or if i try to raise it up, which is difficult for me to do. The first aidguy said it might be a bone bruise but i dunno, if you think you know what it is can you tell me and how long it would heal?

    You very well could of injured your rotar cuff of your shoulder,they really don't to much for this,some people will have physical therapy,if you are still have problems then it's best to go to Dr.and have it checked out,don't go by someones word,take a couple of pain relievers and see a Dr.if this continues to go on with you.Tomb Raider.
