Can you get a rash if someone kisses you if they are......?

A Cannibal. Ok so I heard this crazy story that this woman went to a bar one night, and was kissing this man, he wanted to take her home but since she was with some friends she decided not too. Any way she got a rash on her face when she went to the doctor to see what caused this he found that the rash on her face was odd. He ran some tests and told her the only way to get this type of rash is if she came in contact with a cannibal. Now my mother thinks im nuts and says it a urban myth. But I heard this from someone who knows the lady. But since I cant find this on the internet I have to ask. So the guy who is the supposed cannibal has been arrested. But I cant prove none of this weather its a false story or that it could be true. please help me and my mom need closure. Can you get a rash if you kiss a cannibal?
