How do I get over my fear of bugs?
There's a stink bug in my house right now and I don't want to kill it, but I'm terrified of trying to capture it as I'm afraid it's going to go on me (I'm the only one in my house right now). It's probably going to go off to some other part of my house now where we won't know where it is, which also scares me.
I especially have a fear of spiders but I also have a fear of most other bugs as well except lightening bugs and ladybugs. I've had it for all my life and don't know how to get rid of it. Suggestions and advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately once you get a stink bug, going near it scares them into using their "stink" and flying away. The best thing to do is just capture it in a tissue or napkin is the most ethical thing to do and just throw it outside. To me Im not afraid of bugs unless they surprise me, like when they land on me and I dont realize it, then see them there is scares the hell outta me. But when its on the wall, and I know its as harmless as a fly, I usually just try to get rid of it anyway I can.
Of course fear of bugs is hard to get rid of, but think about it... would you rather get rid of it? Or not know where it is because you are too afraid of it and having it land in your hair or something.

You might not be able to. No matter what kind of help people get there are phobias people have there will stay with them for a very long time.
As for the stink bug let it go it will find it way out that is if it is out all ready. If you got a cat let the cat kill them our cats kills and eats flies.
