Why is my cat's eyes always dilated?

Not sometimes, but always. My cats about 1 and a half now, tabby. Stopped growing at about 4-5 months for some reason, if that information helps at all.

Update:

Beside's the fact she smokes on occasion. Her eyes are dialated everyday, no matter what time. Unless light is about 2 feet away. Just trying to make sure nothing is wrong with her.

Indoor cats don't get a lot of light so you probably always see him with room light and the pupils don't need to constrict.
