Supplements to aide in making raw food for cats?

Yes, I did already ask this but no one really answered my question...please don't tell me I shouldn't switch my cat's diet as it is neccessary for my one cat's health as 1 is sick because of the commercial food.

I have been thinking about switching my cats to a raw diet for quite some time. Since I'm going to be getting a dog soon, I've decided there is no better time than now to really work towards switching them to a new diet. I do have a couple of questions though...first of all, if I am understanding the information I have read so far correctly cats have much more extensive nutritional needs than dogs...this slightly freaks me out as I'm afraid I won't supplement their raw diet correctly. So look online I found this pre-mix for raw foods it's called alnutrin, does anyone know anything about this? Do you think it is quality? You have to add raw meet and water that's it. It's fairly cheap $20 w/o shipping and says it makes 32 pounds of food. 
Also, I can't find anything like this for dogs...is it because it isn't necessarily needed? Can anyone recommend a pre-mix of quality for raw diets for dogs?
Does anyone have any recipes for making a homemade dry kibble, as I would still like to free feed my cats throughout the day, or any other recommendations for switching my cats (and soon to be dog) to a raw diet?

I bought a book called raising cats naturally by Michelle T Bernard. Talks about everything there is to know about raw feeding.  In it she lists vitamin B complex, Vitamin E, psyllium husk powder and taurine. She also lists places to find these Items. It's a terrific book. I suggest you buy it. If you want I can even e-mail you the recipes she has in the book :)

Yahoo groups has Forum type websites for both raw feeding dogs and cats. I can send you links to those if you want.

I think you should call a vet's office and ask them, or talk to some of the associates in one of the pet stores like PetSmart or SuperPetz to decide if this is the best thing for your cat. Just as with raw food handling with humans, you have to be really careful in its handling, storage, and your cat's system's ability to handle this change. I have a couple of friends who went this route and they were not very positive, and switched back. One, who is really careful with her pets, found that there was a higher risk of bacteria forming, such a e coli, salmonella, etc. She stated that you have to be really, really careful, that it is not as easy as it sounds, and it takes more time than using store purchase products. One of the things that she does is keep on hand some boiled chicken, beef, and fish that she chops up or blends and adds to the dry food more as a treat than as the main source of food. She also suggests that you avoid using organ meats.

I don't know about cats but here's a good food recipes to keep healthy. My dogs wolf it down' too.
1) Smooth mixed peanut butter
2) 4 small pretzel sticks. I recommend H.K. Anderson's Stick Pretzels ( available at Wall Mart or Target). 
3) 1 piece of bread
4) A knife
5) 2 or 1 hot dogs ( depending on the size of the dog you're getting)
6) Cheese ( grated or whole pieces )

put the hot dogs with the cheese on them in the microwave for 30 seconds on a paper tal. take it out and chop them up. spread the peanut butter over the chopped up hot dogs with the cheese melted onto them. put the content into a bowl. you can either grate the bread or put it whole over the ingredients in the bowl. stick the pretezels into the bread like a flag.
