Piercing hurts when I touch it swollen?

Piercings swell. Some swell more than others (even in the same location). It's a new piercing, it's going to be sensitive & sore for a bit. The stinging means that whatever you're cleaning it with is too harsh though & it is killing the good bacteria. Stop using it & switch to something else (a mild soap or salt soaks are best).

Unless you see green discharge and the piercing is extremely hot to the touch, you don't need to worry. White or clear puss may happen & this is normal, as well as a little bit of crustieness (which is just dried puss).

Get some sea salt from Trader Joe's or somewhere similar. And mix it up with some slightly warmer than body temp water. Make the ratio so the taste is real similar to sea water. And use a clean washcloth to soak the piercing. helps healing. And fights infection, brings swelling down.

you might. did you just get it pierced? if u did it's going to be a bit like that at first because it's not used to it. my left ear did that when i got it pierced and my right didn't. just use cleaning alcohol. if it continues for a while go to a doctor.

yeah all piercings hurt, what do you expect jamming metal through your body. if it's infected you'll find out pretty easily when it starts oozing and crusting over.
