Cyber law. This field REALLY needs people who can explain computers to people that don't understand the first thing about them, and people who also understand the law. Most people with the computer knowledge just go into the computer industry.
This aspect of law is beyond legislators too, technology changes so fast that they don't have the time to understand the technology to know how best to write the laws that govern it.
