Is there something wrong with only feeling the "burn" in one leg during exercise?

I was doing some leg exercises on my back a while ago, and could only feel it in one leg? Is that bad? Will only one leg get stronger?

Update:

I'm in middle school. So no gym memberships or anything. I just want to know why my leg doesn't feel anything when do the bicycle, ect.

It could be that one leg gained a slight amount of more muscle than the other leg. Try to stretch more before doing your work out and try to switch up machines. http://glycocarn.com/ may also help you with muscle recovery and evening out the "burn" in both legs.
