I had ACL replacement surgery two weeks ago and?

sometimes I have this super sharp pain behind the knee. It's mostly when I stand up after I have been sitting in a chair. I had an allograft and I also had part of my meniscus removed. Is this normal?

PT after ACL alternative is an tremendously sluggish going technique. Over the subsequent 4 weeks of PT you will get to ninety tiers of flexion -- 50 tiers formerly each and every thing PT consultation is definitely appropriate. you will prefer to do the workouts in line with your actual therapist - save on along with her/his training. this could be a sluggish technique and you do no longer prefer to probability reinjury. I do trust the different poster - you do prefer to artwork on your extension.
