Federal Refund Tax Question?
I e- filed my Federal tax return through a CPA and did a direct deposit to my checking account.I got back authorization that would mail my return with no explanation. Has anybody ever had this happen or know the answer.My routing number and account number were correct.
This is for the current year refund of 2009 not 2008.

If it is for the 2009 tax refund, then the bank apparently rejected the direct deposit.
if for prior year, well IRS only direct deposit current year refunds. Prior year refund are all sent by mail only.
