What will happen if a type 1 diabetic stops insulin usage after 15 years? She has not administered insulin for two days and has been eating.

She will go into diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) and become very ill. DKA is fatal if left untreated.
If she is trying to harm herself, you need to encourage her to seek help, immediately.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I am not sure about your eating habits are, but I would plan out eating more small portions (5), rather than just 3 big ones. It would keep the edge off during the day. I don't know much about diabetes right now. But my son is diabetic, my mom was, my daughter is pre-diabetic, and their dad is diabetic. So I am really interested on not letting my path of life get to that point. So for me its important that I do lose some of my weight. I am waiting for my blood sugar test to come back next week.

She would die. Type 1s HAVE to take insulin for life. I imagine this person is probably feeling pretty sick by now. Her sugar has most likely skyrocketed and if she doesn't seek help, death could be right around the corner.
There is NO cure for diabetes. If a person is insulin dependent (like me), insulin is a must. There's no other way around it.

She'll get sick and will vomit a lot and feel really lousy. She'll urinate A LOT and she'll have unquenchable thirst. If she does not take insulin this could go on for a few days or even a few weeks until she goes into a coma and dies. Diabetic ketoacidosis is not a pleasant experience and is ultimately deadly.

She'll die a long, suffering death ... unless, of course, she's had either a pancreas or islet cell transplant.
Is there some reason that this person has willingly stopped taking her insulin? Is she depressed? I'd advise that someone telephone a doctor on her behalf and see if you can't arrange a doctor's appointment.

she'll get quite ill, possibly lapse into a coma, and (if insulin isn't restarted) die.
