some simple ways are to first eat breakfast within 30 min of waking up this will get you metabolism going. To keep it going through out the day instead of eating 3 regular meals a day try for 5-6 smaller healthy meals a day. By doing this you will keep metabolism on and working all days as you digest food. Also if possible you can try eating some food with protein because it takes the body longer to process and break it down, thus increasing metabolism.
