What's a simple and quick yet healthy breakfast to make?
College Student here! I have to wake up really early everyday to go to class (all my classes start around 8) and I don't have time to eat breakfast. I don't want to starve or just eat different snacks during my classes. I know breakfast is the most important meal of the day so any suggestions for something healthy I can fix up quickly before I leave?

Fruit and Cheese
A balanced, easy-to-assemble make-ahead morning meal: Grab an apple, wrap 1 to 2 ounces of Cheddar in plastic, and toss 1/4 cup of fiber- and protein-rich walnuts into a resealable plastic bag.
Energy Bars
To substitute for a meal, an energy bar should have at least 3 to 5 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein. Odwalla, Kashi GoLean, and TruSoy are all good options.
Cereal Sundae
A bowl of fiber-rich bran flakes with low-fat milk is nearly the perfect breakfast. Make it portable by replacing the milk with lemon or vanilla yogurt and mixing it in a to-go container. Increase the fiber and vitamins by adding 1/4 cup of nuts or fresh or dried fruit, such as chopped pecans or blueberries.
Totilla wrapped ham and egg
Slice a hard-cooked egg, and then roll it in an 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla with a piece of Canadian bacon or lean ham and a slice of cheese. Add a tablespoon of salsa for flavor.
Spread peanut butter and raisins on top of whole wheat toast and bagels.
Wheaties or Cheerios and milk, add raisins or other dried fruit.
Make a shake or a smoothie. Blend fruit and yogurt and then drink it in the car. A side option is a small bag of finger foods, such as a mixture of granola and grapes.

Oatmeal's great and all, but I prefer to eat on the go, you know? And sometimes I don't have much of an appetite in the morning, so I rely on green smoothies.
The glory of these is it's a fast, easy way to stuff an ungodly amount of good stuff in without even really eating. As long as you keep the ratio to 40% veg and 60% fruit, all you taste is fruit. I use whatever's handy, but kale, spinach, bananas, peaches, strawberries and blueberries find their way into my blender most frequently. Make it up the night before, throw a cup in the fridge, and in the morning it's less effort than grabbing a coffee.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMaw7
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Boil potatoes with lots of seasoning. Cool in icebox. In the morning grab a paper towel & a cool seasoned potato. Instant carbs! If you are really lazy grab a banana instead!
