Do you have any opinions about the suicide of the Rutger's student Clementi?

This is just beyond sad that i'm just very angry now! Those roommates better get their karma!!! I can't believe just this past few days 4 youths are gone because of homophobia >:O How can people at this day & age still be so insensitive to gay related issues!? >__<

Why isn't anyone talking about the "older gay male" who Clementi had an encounter with. If Clementi was just 1 year younger at 17, this man would be labeled a sexual predator. I don't know why this man is getting a free pass. This boy just started college, and this man is going into his dorm room a couple of times a week? He should be aware that kicking the roommate out of the room a couple times a week would not lead to good things between Clementi and his roommate.

Well when Paris Hilton had a sex tape seen by millions of people, she could do nothing to stop it. Her ex got away with the invasion of her privacy because she is straight.

When Clementi had a sex tape seen by just a few persons he committed suicide, and everyone says he is a victim of a felony. Perhaps it should be a felony to make fun of gays.

What makes Clementi a victim of a felony while Paris Hilton was only laughed at?
