Well first of all, try to put up some pictures of her and say that you will give a reward (like $50 - $100) if anyone finds it. Also, try to get your friends and family to look for it during the day. Spend about 1 hour lurking your area to see if you can find it daily. Also, post an ad on www.craigslist.com saying that you lost your cat. Some people will gladly help, others not so much. And make sure, when you post the ad, don't put your phone number put your email address. The ads are free so you don't have to worry about paying for it. I know how it feels to lose a pet and I will do as much as I can to help. Email me at roaroftime@gmail.com if you have anymore questions and Good Luck finding your cat.

Post pictures of her up, hire someone to do a search for her. When I was little we opened the door to move some things outside and one of my cats (The hyper, fun one) and we didn't see her again. She was probably curious because she has never been out side before. Maybe you could try to put food out on your doorstep. I really hope you find your cat! Best of luck!

Check your local animal shelter/humane society or vet office- sometimes people will pick up strays and take them there.

Also, put up posters around town- someone may have seen her and know where she might be.

How do you know she ran away, and not just lost? Do you see her in the neiborhood, and she refuses to come back?
