Last I checked it was the coaches decision to pick what players will play, if Jerry Jones is calling those shots too that explains their record. As for starting the former aggie, I'm not sure if you want to start a QB with no experience vs a team that's is known for killing QB's this year, he wouldn't make it out the 1st quarter with that D-line vs that O-line.

That will take a while. But McGee will likely get some playing time in December. Dallas needs to see if he can replace Kitna as Tony Romo's backup next season.

The offensive line is allowing the QBs to be tackling dummies and its the same reason why Romo is gone for the year.

McGee is actually mobile, so maybe he would work with the cowboys.
