boys who don't get much interaction with females don't really know how to treat them. So they resort to the only thing they know to do, make fun of it behind the safety of a mic, that or try pitifully try to have sex with them. don't worry about it. I get messed with and I'm not even a girl. I just keep going around and around with them until they trip them self up or contradict them self then call them retarded and it usually shuts them up. It's also funny to hear what sad excuses for insults they have to offer. So I just turn it into a game and have fun with it... That or just mute them. I think Gamer girls are pretty cool. My wife plays and her good friend all play Black Ops, I'm perfectly fine with Gamer chicks.

I'm a girl who plays too and after the first game most of the guys who stay in the lobby tend to shut their mouth..I think most guys expect girls to be the "omghi2u" girls and get help or something when they are playing but like you i'm better than half the people i play with.

Guys who play video games and go on the Internet can be really rude and antisocial sometimes. They probably don't know a lot of girls in real life, so they react and treat you like you're an alien. They don't have people skills. That's just the way online gamers can be.

Everyone on Xbox live is like that. Don't think you aren't going to get yelled at by some 12 year old if you use game chat.

Just stay in party chat, or argue back. Arguing with idiots on Xbox live is hilarious.

just turn you mic off or mute them (if you want to talk to somone invite them to party chat), the xbox community is full of douche bags, finding a girl on the xbox doesn't happen very often so you will probably get attention. Personally i never talk to people who i haven't met in real life on the xbox.

They're jealous and that's just the way they express it. I used to play Halo for a while, and while nobody knew me to be female, they were cool. It's just something about males and their dominance issues. Don't mention that you're Spanish/Hispanic if you don't like the reaction they have with it. Otherwise, you have no control over their reactions.

why can't girls just play games online instead of pointing out that they're girls every chance they get?
