ok so i asked my public defender today. that id like to file the dash cam video and audio from the squad car that pulled us over. to be submitted as evidence. he then says "they don't have cameras or audio in their cars only hwy patrol do" is he not being honest?

Why would your public defender tell you a lie about something that could help his case?

i think of you have a lazy attorney. In immediately's litigious society quite much each and every municipal police branch has sprint cams to rfile what occurs to assist in defence of any regulation suits
