how fast should I see the benefits in an improved lifestlye?

I run at a faster pace than a jog for 2 miles, then power walk for a further 1 mile, I do fifty squats and and lunges, everyday, I eat high protein, lower carbs....although I am human! How fast should I see benefits? and what benefits will they be? as no weight so far has been lost. how do I improve?

    Diet pills work ok, but no real nutritional value to them and have unknown side effects depending on how long its been out on the market. That being said you might want to try supplements that have a positive nutritional impact on you body. I have been taking this supplement for a great while and let me tell you it works great. .
