What can you use as tax deductions for an RV?

It qualifies as a 2nd home. We normally deduct interest, and personal property (motor vehicle tags) taxes.

We met someone who said he deducted solar panels, tires, and batteries. Is this a valid deduction for the

IRS?

    Solar panels might have qualified for a residential energy credit, but that's gone now.

    Tires and batteries, no, not legally.
