Is there a possible case for wrong haircut?

My mom drove me to get a haircut. A young guy sat me down and asked me what I wanted. I told him short around the sides and thinner on the top. He just nods and begins shaving off the sides. I feel it's a bit unorthodox so I let him go on. Then, he starts shaving off the top like crazy and I'm just going what the hell. He turned it into a bald cut basically. This wasn't the haircut I requested. I am wondering if I have any legal options towards the shop. I ask this because now I have to get a wig worth 300 dollars and I am wondering if I can get the reimbursement.

you can get the money back from the haircut, but you should have said something EARLIER when it was being cut....and hair does grow back...

No, you can't get reimbursement for a bad hair cut.  It's your choice to get a $300 wig.  You can't get reimbursement for that.  As hair grows back you have no damages.

okay are you a male or female, males can grow hair pretty fast and plus it wont look weird with the short hair. IF your a female ya it may be kind of weird, IF you really want to you can take this to small claims. but you will need to take pics they way your hair looks now..this way you can use it as prof in court.

just let your hair grow back again dude...perhaps go bold...i don't know...but like you can find cheaper wigs hehe...o give them bad review in google or yahoo maps....
