Most everyone is correct when they suggest WD40 or some kind of lubricating spray. Can be any brand.
Just spray it on the hinges that you can see, try and use the little tube in the nozzle, because then you're not spraying it alllll over the place, only where it needs to be. YOu want to spray where metal meets metal, such as right in middle of the hinge.
And expect to spray it again about twice or 3 times yearly. Even WD40 will wear out and you have to respray it. But that's no problem. A can of spray lube will last you the rest of your life.
You can use it also on household doors with squeaky hinges.

Not oil- grease. Grease the hinges with white grease. WD40 will not stay on. It will stop the squeaking for a week or two. Grease will stop the squeak for a couple of years. Get a spray can of white lithium grease and apply it to the door hinges. Do not put grease on rubber parts however. Silicon lube will treat rubber parts like weatherstrip. Grease will eat the rubber up.

When do they squeak? If they squeak when going down the road it is probably dry weather strips use SILICONE spray on the weatherstrips and CRC POWER LUBE or oil on the hinges. Silicone on the hinges is ok also just spray everything with silicone it won't hurt anything

WD 40 on the hinges, Although any oil would do really, Even olive oil etc. But stick to wd 40 its designed for this stuff.

WD-40, Duct tape, Adjustable spanner, Hammer, Flat Screwdriver. You can fix almost anything with these five items. In your case I'd suggest the WD-40.

I have not got any mattress room door (in case you observed the lay out of my residence, it would make experience). the only door that squeaks is the laundry closet. It sounds like that's whining at me.
