Good way to store unused crepe batter?
I'm going to make some dessert crepes later, and my recipe makes 20. I can't make and eat all 20 at the same time, so is there a way to keep the unused batter fresh? Like, should I just put it in a container and refrigerate it, or what...? Thanks for the help!

If you have a Tupperware container, use that...or any other air tight container
Store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
Make sure to stir the batter after you decide to use it again. You don't want lumpy crepes :)

Batter can be stored in an air-tight container in the frig.
But why not just divide the recipe into a usable amount?

You can keep the batter for 2 days, but you could also make all 20, and then freeze them. Separate with plastic wrap or waxed paper.
