Is beef and lamb vegan?
As both beef and lamb eat grass and are not meat eaters does that mean they are vegan ?
As for being a troll or an idiot ( a troll is a sort of scandinavian imp) if you can't spot a light hearted question then I am sorry for you .

No they aren't. They are "herbivores" which isn't the same. "Vegan" means you chose that specific lifestyle and made some sort of commitment to abide by the parameters withing it's definition. Herbivores like cows (beef) and lamb do not have the choice. They have perhaps what you can call a "vegan diet" but they are not vegans.

Beef is not an animal, but no you cant eat beef or lamb - or any kind of meat for that matter. Vegans are supposed to deny any kind of animal involvment in their food so unlucky mate! On the otherhand though, you could say Cows and Lamb are both Vegans in a way but they're not calssified that way; they are both Herbivores (plant eaters) and theoretically cant be classed as Vegans or Vegetarians etc because its not an informed choice they are making when they only eat grass - its just a natural thing for them not to eat meat.

Strictly speaking no, as they would eat various bugs that are in the grass.

The animals them selves? Sure I guess in that case many other animals would also be vegan.
