If you really don't think your career as an artist is working for you, you might try just going to a community college and taking a few classes (maybe a psychology class, and an english class) to see if its really what you expected it to be before getting a loan out and jumping in full force. You can have all the "vision" you want and an amazing mind, but its not going to help you much in college if you can't show up to class on time, ask for help when you need it, read thoroughly and study hard. If you have trouble in community college, a university might not be for you.
