That depends on why you need them and personal preference. Contact lenses can irate your eyes and hard ones are said to give better correction (so I imagine it would also score points for glasses, which also have hard surface). The effectiveness of glasses can depend on their size and form. Glasses offer correction only right in front of you, while contacts move with your eye. Glasses can be used for longer time and may turn out to be less expensive. And of course personal preference is important - if you hate glasses and don't wear them it doesn't matter, if someone says that they give better correction

It really just depends on you and what you're most comfortable with. Some people look really good with glasses and others don't. I wear contacts because they are just easier for me...and the fact that I always lost my glasses.

I'd say the only benefit of glasses is that they are convenient to take on and off.
Contact lenses are much safer and more comfortable than they were in the past. A lot of people have vanity issues and don't like their self image with glasses.

Contacts require more time, and care, so if your willing to do more, get contacts because in my opinion are much better than glasses.

Depends mainly on what you prefer but it is also based on your cylindrical power. In case your cylindrical power is high you cannot wear contacts as you would feel dizzy. If you use contacts, it's always better to wear a low power specs so as to protect your eyes from dust etc.

I love my contacts! Contacts may take a little more time to care for, but they are definetely worth it in the long run!

Depends on how active you are or if you are responsible enough to wear and take care of contact lenses.
