There is a Spam fighters thread.

Its at the very top,you can miss it

If you post the link to the person profile/Pulse page

they are trying to eradicate these people posting the link.

Post the link and then put virus after it.

They know about the malware attack, they will delete that person's activity and account.

It will very badly mess up the people's computers.

People have posted how badly it damaged their computer

Here, you really can't, because it is 'not a question' and would end up being reported as a violation. What you CAN do is report his answers - AND post a LINK to his profile page on the Suggestion Board on the "Official Spammer Battle Thread" (on the ABOUT tab), stating he is posting a virus link.
