Will I Get Diabetes If I skip Lunch?

I do not eat lunch at school, my parents say If I only eat twice a day I'll get diabetes. Is this true?

    No. And not eating breakfast and lunch will also lower your grades.

    Your BRAIN using carbs and calories for energy. You have to eat - or you want be able to think or remember as efficiently as you could.

    Eating more often also raises your metabolic rate.
