Should the writing on the Statue of Liberty be changed?
The poem on the statue currently welcomes the poor, the tired, the sick, and all of those undesirables.
Shouldn't we change it to better represent the current climate for the sake of sincerity? I suggest "Give us your wealthy, your white, your Christian and your heterosexual." Maybe something could be added about women being welcome if they didn't rock the boat too much.

this is what I would call "unAmerican" to change what this country was built up on and grew to become a wonderful country, isn't exactly patriotic.
We the people who are already here should be making this place better so we can afford to be compassionate to all people again. but until then, I'd say yeah stay away to "undesirables"
fun fact: I saw the Statue of Liberty on my last vacation, it's bigger than I expected
