What are some signs to look for that a kitten may have worms?

A few months ago I had a kitten with severe worms. He weighed only 8 ounces. He was very thin and his butt was red, swollen, and he could hardly go to the bathroom. When he did it was just a little bit of blood. I got him wormed, but it was too late :(
Take the kitten to the vet if you suspect he has worms, before it's too late.

If it hasn't been wormed, then its got worms! go to the vet and get some worm-er.there are different kinds of worms,the vet can give you a pill and it will take care of them all

look in her stool... if u see rice shaped objects, she has worms

I know this is gross, but when my cat had them I saw them on her poop in her litter box
