    Weiners originated from Vienna, Austria. Franks originated from Frankfurt, Germany.

    Weiner sent risque yet legal photographs to adult women who never had a problem with it.

    Frank had a roommate who ran a gay escort service out of Frank's Washington DC home and he is still working in spite of that.

    So, Weiner never came close to breaking any law.

    Frank did not break the law either and he is still working.
