The website explains everything about the measure more than clearly enough. And the volunteers who collect signatures explain what it's all about too. It does not go without explanation. Maybe you just need to pay more attention? I know some campaigns do that though and it is very annoying, you're right.

    I don't have much of an interest in these things. An explanation would be nice, and seeing a person holding a sign saying "Vote Yes" does not make me want to vote yes.

    IDK, what it really is, sorry cant help you, I would have to do reasearch on it. Wait...OMG, lol, umm.. I think the people who do it and people who know it works medically will vote yes. Myself...if it helps with cancer patients I will to help them.
