Pulling are Troops out of Afghanistan a bad idea? Especially with 2012 coming?

I keep hearing how Obama is bringing the troops home. A little at a time but they are coming home. So now this leads me to thinking are the people in Afghanistan going to come and try something on USA again? We did kill their leader so is this safe to end the war? Just head 20 something hundred are being pulled out by September 2012. Its kind of scary hearing that and how 2012 is suppose to be the end of the world. What are your thoughts on this?

all this "afghanistan stuff" has started because of americans they supplied the militants with all sorts of sophisticated equipmrnt and training, during the soviet war then started attacking them. that is the reason they hamte americans. Now pulling out the troops would do no harm and would actually help the americans.

and the 2012 thing is just crap.

  • Seriously we went to get Osama Bin Laden and put a hole in the Taliban community. The fact that you have groups that hate America, you will never get rid of all of them. We need to pull the troops home and focus on the USA and our borders. If these idiots want to destroy there own country (Afghanistan) i say let them. This pretty much was how we got drawn into WW2. We were minding our own business and country and got attacked. We went there kicked some butt, and came home. We left a few forces there for support. The same way Obama did in Iraq and plans to do in Afghanistan. Now get over the end of the world theory. I believe the world will be destroyed by none other then either the sun or the Earth destroying itself, with the help of the humans. Bring the troops home, we have been there long enough.

Just an FYI Bin Laden isn't Afghanistan's leader, he's was the head of the terrorist group Al Qaeda big difference. In fact I wouldn't even consider him a leader since he has been out of the spotlight for so long hiding in that backstabbing country known as Pakistan. Also, you make it sound like the people of Afghanistan are going to come and "get us." The people of Afghanistan are not technically against us it's the taliban and Al Qaeda groups that are against us, they just hide amongst the Afghan people. Lastly, Im not trying to be mean but your an idiot the world is not going to end, don't believe everything you hear about. With that, once again Im not trying to be mean but enlighten yourself with at least a little more knowledge next time on who Bin Laden was and who exactly we are fighting.

To begin with ,Barack "HUSSEIN" Obama is a Muslim , he sympathises with his Tabiliban Muslim Brother & Sisters . He also has his loyalties with the muslim world.

Liberal Media in US is unpatriotic ...just imagine why Should US troops be pulled out of a country where people hate america & Westerners ?

    Has taliban been Decimated ?

Do you think Democrats has the Best US interests in their hearts or they are serving China Or Russia ?

Barack Obama hates Americans as people

Intention of the War has been completed by destroying Afghanisthan and a Good Bootlicking Puppet Government has been set up.

US & NATO never cared about the civilians in Rwanda,Congo because they dont have Oil reserves to plunder but Libya,Syria,Yemen,Iran are having Oil reserves.

US & NATO always cared & sympathized about Oil reserves not about the killings thats why still US & NATO are killing millions of innocent civilians in Afghanisthan,Iraq etc in the name of War on Terrorism.

Nowadays US & NATO governments have changed their administrative code as involving in other nation's affairs, conspiring plans to make revolts,to cause unrest in those countries through CIA and when that nation's government tries to suppress the revolt, alleging those countries with Human rights violation.

Then alleging them with the terrorism, developing of Nuclear weapons,Chemical weapons of mass destruction instead of Looking at its thousands of nuke weapons and mass destructing weapons, blocking of progress of those nations by Economic sanctions with the help of European Puppet Governments

And finally waging the War against those nations with the NATO allies, causing unrest there and Killing millions of Civilians in the name of war and set up a Puppet Government there with bootlicking leaders and achieve the uninterrupted Fuel supplies and free flow of narcotics and drugs and Marketing their medicines and goods in those nations..

This US Government's attitude should Die,else they have to expect their Fall in sooner days

Look, this war has been going on since October 7, 2001. Kudos to President Obama, enough is enough already. And that whole 2012 business? What a load of semen.

hardly one comes across a question displaying american mindset......and this is the one.

to reply properly ....running govt. would prefer to deploy forces in one more country( probably Libya)...ESPECIALLY WITH 2012 APPROACHING .
