Best way to turn fat to muscle?

I'm 19, 130 pounds and I'm 5' 4". I know that sounds healthy but I think I'm like 30% fat. I am over weight trust me. I want to remain 130 (or more) whatever looks healthy, as for now I am very jiggly so please don't say I'm "ideal" weight for my age because i know that I just want to shred the fat and gain some muscle and stay the same weight! Ok so what's some of the best ways to turn fat to muscle on the tummy area?

  • First off, you can't "turn" fat into muscle. That's like saying u want to turn a glass of Pepsi into a glass of water. It's impossible. You want to burn the fat off but at the same time, gain muscle so that you don't go below 130 pounds. You need to start lifting weights as well as do cardio. Lift 1st and do your cardio afterwards. Do this at least 4 days a week but never work the same body part back to back days. For example, do Chest and triceps on Monday, Back and shoulders on Tuesday, and Legs and biceps on Wednesday. And let the 4th day just be cardio. Also, eat right. You should eat around 2000 calories a day but don't get all your calories from things like pizza, chips, sweets, etc. Eat things high in protein such as grilled chicken or fish. (Milk is also high in protein). You can Google foods that are low fat but high in protein. If you do this plan, you will lose fat but u may actually gain a little weight. This is because muscle weighs more than fat.

    ok work out everyday for 10 minutes at 3 miles an hour. then work your way higher
