losing 10 pounds in 1 month?
Okay so i am 3 months from being 14 years old, 4"8, and weigh 111..
I wanna lose 10 pounds by the end of summer, therefore I have 7 weeks to do so. I've been doing this since About thursday & have only lost 1 pound.
smaller porportion sizes, less junk food, no sweets, no soda only water, running for 40 mintues everyday, jumping on the trampoline everyday, riding my bike everyday.
if i continue to do this till the end of summer, do you think i can lose 10 pounds? i know if i lose 2 pounds every week i will be able to lose 14 pounds by the end of summer.. but can i lose 2 pounds every week by doing that?

btw don't tell me i dont need to lose weight.. its okay for me to.. i already talked to my dr.

Honestly, it sounds like your plan is an excellent one. You can definitely lose ten pounds in 7 weeks on that plan. Congratulations to you, the way you are losing weight is completely healthy. Exercise is very important. It sounds like you chose to lose weight in a very healthy way, and I commend you for it. Many people your age choose to starve themselves, which is incredibly dangerous. But what you are doing sounds healthy and should be pretty effective. Just don't get discouraged if some days you don't lose as much as you want to, sometimes your body just takes time to adjust. Just stick to it and you should do just fine :)

Well I can tell you what to do I used to be 5'3' and 140 a month ago at age 14 which I still am 14...Anyways run for 10 minutes around the house or w.e. then do 20 push ups 30 sit ups and 40 lunges and do wall sits for 5 minutes. Do that EVERYDAY!!! Then do yoga to relax you and also cool you off and don't eat a lot eat cherrios in the morning "I recommend whole wheat or chocolate to get your daily value of fiber" absolutely NO chips or snacking doesn't matter how hungry you are...Eat more veggies and fruit have a smoothie or if you don't have a blender just eat the fruit...For meals I reccomend twice a day you don't have to eat salads but for dinner you could eat a sandwich or spegetti with whole wheat or stir fry or rice just don't eat meals over 400 calories and don't drink energy drinks/soda/juice if you want to drink something with flavor drink gatorade its one of the best drink to have and doesn't add on to you...Do not eat after 9 pm thats the worse you can do bc it will just store the food as fat so don't do that and make sure you get plenty of sleep bc sleep makes you loose weight some how I really don't know how but it just happens. I'm now 5'5 and 124 pounds and I'm a cheerleader too so that helps for weight loss...Do this and I will guarente you will loose weight
