Am i eating enough for losing weight?

Okay.. so i'm 13 (14 in 3 months) 4"8 (im small) and weigh 111 (chubby!!)

I'm trying to slim down some this summer..

so, ive been eating small porportions & ONLY WHEN IM HUNGRY.

so heres what my meals would usually be.

BREAKFAST-

Scrambled eggs (2 eggs) and 1 piece of toast w/ butter.

Around 184 calories.

LUNCH - Something like a "Smart Ones" Meal, peanut butter sandwhich, 4 chicken nuggets w/ tator totts ( not alot, only every once in a while)

smart ones meals around 300 or 200 calories.. sometimes less..

peanut butter sandwitch - around 340 calories

chicken nuggets w/ tator totts - ???

DINNER - healthiest meal, usually.. something like grilled chicken w/ a veggie...

calories - ????

sooo am i eating enough?

thanks!(:

The best thing to do is eat 7 small meals a day. So what your eating is good, just need to add small snacks in between. Also running just 30 mins 3 days out of the week can help you.

dude you're 14, you should already be on diet. start lifting weights and or doing some cardio, which can be anything from walking around the block to going for a jog 4 nights a week.
