Been missing some regulars?

Facebook.

Many are making a real difference in Adoptee rights and so many other cool projects happening in the adoption arena! Some of the most passionate people, I'm proud to know.

Not that you mentioned me, which is quite alright....though I did consider myself a 'regular' here. Once in awhile I come here to see if there are any new, real, meaningful questions being asked. JMO...I don't see much of that here lately, so basically I have lost interest. Ever since questionable hordes of characters came here with silly first and last names....seems this section of YA, took a real nosedive. Maybe that was the 'characters' main objective...to make this section of YA...basically meaningless or akin to a playground.

As of late, I have been involved with a 'crisis' in my own personal life...so haven't been spending much time anywhere on the internet. I too miss...the ole days here....when real questions and answers about adoption existed here....even from some of the regular naysayers who spiced things up a bit. Also might be that a lot of the 'regulars' are now on Facebook and talking about adoption there.

Can someone please email me privately about Tish....I for one, was a fan of her questions and answers. Is she OK???

Ive been swamped with all sorts of stuff. Haven't had time to tell people to keep their "babbies", lol. Ive been working on the 2011 Adoptee Rights Demonstration, which is in San Antonio in a few weeks.

I like Sunny (well at least her cyber character) and I do miss her responses as well. But if that means she's out there living it up then I hope not to see a response from her ever again. (((((sunny)))))

Sunny blocked me almost immediately, so I didn't even know she was gone.

I miss all of them. I tend to try and catch with what sly and LinnyG are up to on Facebook.

@Pocmoz32 ~ I am fed up of you taking a pop at me. I do have a very happy life so do everybody a favour including me and stop picking on me. If you're doing it for a reaction stop wasting yourtime as it's getting boring. I'm just glad I have so many friends in real life as they make me happy. In fact it just makes you a sad person if you've got nothing better than pick on me so maybe you need to take a break from here.

Completelty beyond me why I am getting so many TDs for answering the question. With Pocmoz32's attitude I'm finally being driven away as it's upsetting being picked on regularly. See ya around guys one day if I ever feel up to coming back.

I don't know about the others, but I do remember that Sunny was one of the posters who compared adoption to slavery, and she got quite a few negative responses - including Tish who chided her in her own firm but kind way - and then they both went quiet almost immediately after.

Pure speculation, but it just seemed a bit of a coincidence.

I think most of us pop in from time to time. I do, anyway....
